Position Details

Role: Veterinary Client Service Representative Status: Full-time Salary: $18 - $21 per hour Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week; flexible schedule with either Saturday or Sunday shifts required

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple phone lines and client communications
• Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Support smooth communication between clients and the medical team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Assist with daily front desk operations and workflow management
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every client interaction
