Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Full-time Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Schedule: Monday- Friday 8 am - 6 pm, Days will vary, every other Saturday 8 am - 2 pm

Community Animal Hospital of Royal Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team! For more than 35 years, we have proudly served our community by providing high-quality veterinary care to dogs, cats, pocket pets, reptiles, birds, and more.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and compassion
  • Respond to client emails and support client communication needs
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate daily patient flow
  • Welcome clients and patients while creating a positive first impression
  • Maintain and update client and patient records accurately
  • Process invoices and collect payments for services and medications
  • Educate clients on preventive products, including heartworm and flea/tick prevention
  • Assist clients with pet food, over-the-counter products, and hospital services
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, printers, and office equipment
  • Support daily front desk operations and hospital workflow
