What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage multiple phone lines while providing exceptional customer service
  • Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Check patients in and out for appointments
  • Process client payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Keep the reception and lobby areas clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Communicate effectively with clients and the medical team
  • Maintain accurate client and patient information within the practice management system
  • Support the hospital with additional administrative responsibilities as needed

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Veterinary reception experience is a plus but not required
