Position Details

Role: Client Service Representative Status: Full-time Salary: $19.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday through Friday; 4 days per week; no nights or holidays

Our three-doctor canine and feline hospital offers a wide variety of cases, including dentistry, surgery, urgent care, reproduction, and preventative medicine.

We’re looking for an experienced Client Service Representative who enjoys helping people, loves animals, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
  • Schedule appointments and manage a multi-doctor calendar efficiently
  • Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate client and patient information
  • Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients
  • Communicate hospital policies, pricing, and service information clearly
  • Coordinate with technicians and doctors to support smooth patient flow
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front desk environment
  • Deliver exceptional client service while supporting daily hospital operations

What Our Client Service Representatives Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent veterinary receptionist experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns with empathy
  • Familiarity with veterinary terminology and standard hospital workflows
  • Experience with practice management software; Cornerstone experience is a plus
  • Ability to maintain a clean, professional front desk and lobby environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a supportive, upbeat team culture
  • Warm, confident communication style and passion for helping clients and pets
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
