Opelika Animal Hospital is looking to add a Full-Time Lead Veterinary Receptionist to our incredible front desk team! Experience working in a veterinary setting is required for this role.

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and patients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer phones and manage appointment flow in a walk-in setting
  • Process payments and handle financial transactions
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records (charting)
  • Support doctors and the hospital manager as needed
  • Help keep the front desk running smoothly and efficiently
  • Communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence
