Position Details

  • Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: $18.25 – $19.25 per hour
  • Schedule: Four x 9-hour shifts

What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion
  • Manage client and patient check-ins and check-outs
  • Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Schedule appointments and relay messages to the veterinary team
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Update and maintain client and patient information

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous veterinary receptionist or veterinary hospital experience
  • Excellent client communication and customer service skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Confidence managing phones, scheduling, and multiple priorities
  • The ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
