Position Details

Role: Client Service Representative (CSR) / Veterinary Receptionist Status: Full-time Salary: $18.50–$19.50 per hour, based on experience Schedule: 4-day work week with rotating Saturday shifts

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Schedule appointments and manage client communications
  • Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
  • Support patient care by ensuring a smooth client experience from check-in to check-out
  • Maintain accurate records and support daily hospital operations
  • Collaborate closely with doctors, technicians, and fellow support staff
  • Help create a positive, efficient, and welcoming hospital environment
