Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Full-time Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Schedule: 4-5 day work week with rotating Saturdays

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to client inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and help manage daily appointment flow
  • Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate client and patient information
  • Collect payments and process invoices
  • Maintain accurate medical records and client information
  • Assist with prescription refill requests and routine follow-up communications
  • Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to support efficient patient flow
  • Keep the reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and welcoming

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

  • Previous veterinary reception or animal hospital experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
