Christina Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly, dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. Whether you're an experienced veterinary receptionist or someone with outstanding customer service skills who's eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

As the first and last person our clients interact with, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping our hospital run smoothly. What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage multiple priorities throughout the day
• Check clients in and out while maintaining accurate medical records
• Process payments and explain invoices with confidence and compassion
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments, services, and follow-up care
• Coordinate with doctors and technicians to keep appointments running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Help create an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

• Previous veterinary reception experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right motivated individual
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Confidence using computers and learning new software
