Role: Client Care Specialist Status: Full-time Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Thursdays off; rotating Saturdays required

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support front desk workflow
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding patient care and hospital services
  • Maintain accurate records and client communication
  • Support daily hospital operations and administrative tasks
  • Help create a positive and welcoming environment for pets, clients, and team members
  • Collaborate closely with the veterinary team to support exceptional patient care
