What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support front desk workflow
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding patient care and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records and client communication
  • Support veterinarians and hospital staff to promote efficiency and teamwork
  • Help create a positive and welcoming experience for pets and their families
  • Assist with daily hospital operations and administrative tasks as needed
