Role: Client Service Representative (Veterinary Receptionist) Status: Full-time Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Schedule: Monday – Friday with some Saturday morning shifts

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer phones while managing a busy multi-doctor appointment schedule
  • Schedule appointments efficiently and help maintain smooth daily operations
  • Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient records
  • Educate clients about preventive care, hospital services, and recommended next steps
  • Process invoices, collect payments, and review treatment estimates
  • Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow team members
  • Help create a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors

  • Confidence handling high call volume and competing priorities
