Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Full-time Salary: Starting at $18.00 per hour and is based on experience Schedule: Monday through Friday; no nights, weekends, or holiday hours!

Adobe Pet Hospital is looking for a friendly, compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team! As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping our hospital run smoothly each day.

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to client questions
  • Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar
  • Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient records
  • Process invoices and collect payments
  • Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to support efficient patient flow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with general administrative tasks that keep the hospital running smoothly

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

  • Veterinary reception or medical office experience is a plus
