• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional half-day Saturdays

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients and pets warmly
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
• Communicate clearly with veterinary staff and clients
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Handle administrative tasks, including email, filing, and data entry

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfort with computers and learning clinic software
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and handle emotional situations with empathy
