Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Full-time Salary: $20.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule: 4-day work week with occasional Saturday shifts

Cobblestone Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping our hospital run smoothly and efficiently.

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and manage the hospital calendar efficiently
• Answer phones and emails promptly and courteously
• Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
• Process invoices and collect payments
• Maintain accurate client and patient information within medical records
• Assist with general administrative and front desk responsibilities
• Coordinate with doctors and technicians to support efficient patient flow
• Help create a welcoming and positive client experience

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

• Previous customer service experience required
• Veterinary or medical office experience preferred
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
