Position Details

Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Full-time Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 / hour Schedule: Five-day work weeks, rotating Saturdays

What You'll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
  • Answer incoming calls and help clients with questions and appointment needs
  • Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized daily hospital workflow
  • Check clients and patients in and out efficiently
  • Maintain accurate client and patient information
  • Process payments and support front-desk transactions
  • Listen carefully to client concerns and communicate important information to the veterinary team
  • Provide compassionate support to clients throughout their pets' visits
  • Collaborate with doctors, technicians, assistants, and fellow reception team members
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area
  • Help create an exceptional experience for every pet and person who walks through our doors
