Position Details

  • Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
  • Schedule: 4-day work week

What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and pets warmly, creating a positive first impression
  • Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily workflow
  • Accurately update and maintain client and patient records
  • Process payments and handle transactions with accuracy and integrity
  • Assist with administrative duties including filing, scanning, and stocking supplies
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
