Position Details

Role: Veterinary Receptionist (Client Service Representative) Status: Full-time Salary: $16.66–$20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. (Four 10-hour shifts)

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer phones and manage a busy appointment schedule efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate daily hospital flow
  • Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient records
  • Process invoices and collect payments
  • Communicate clearly with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow team members
  • Educate clients on preventive care, hospital services, and next steps
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during every client interaction
  • Help create a positive, welcoming experience throughout the hospital
