Position DetailsRole: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist Status: Full-time (approximately 30 hours per week) Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Schedule: Flexible 4-day work week with rotating Saturdays; no nights or holidays

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
  • Schedule appointments and efficiently manage the daily appointment calendar
  • Check clients and patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
  • Process payments and review invoices with clients
  • Communicate with clients regarding appointments, reminders, and follow-up care
  • Maintain accurate client and patient information
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Collaborate with doctors and teammates to maintain an efficient workflow and exceptional client experience
