Position Details

  • Role: Veterinary Receptionist
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. Shift start time: 7 am - 7:30 am (depending on the day); shift end time: 4 pm-6 pm (depending on the day)

Colleyville Animal Clinic, an established AHAA-accredited veterinary clinic, is seeking an upbeat, energetic person to join our team as a full-time receptionist. We have wonderful clients, great doctors, and a fantastic staff team in a comfortable environment. We practice high-quality medicine, providing the best care possible for our clients and patients.

We are seeking a highly motivated person who can demonstrate client focus and satisfaction as well as compassion and care for animals in a fast-paced environment. Must communicate well with clients and co-workers and handle stressful situations with poise and confidence. Previous veterinary experience preferred.

Business hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 am-6 pm and Saturday 9 am-12 pm.2 Saturday shifts a month are required.

General duties include:

  • Welcoming clients and patients
  • Utilizing Cornerstone Veterinary Software
  • Scheduling; checking patients in and out for appointments, surgeries, and boarding
  • Efficiently managing multiple phone calls and messages
  • Accepting payment for services
  • Performing end-of-day procedures
