What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
• Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and hospital team members
• Process payments and assist with client check-in and check-out
• Educate clients on preventive care, vaccines, and hospital services
• Support the daily workflow while providing exceptional customer service
• Help create a positive experience for every client who visits the hospital

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

• At least one year of experience in the veterinary field
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• Basic knowledge of preventive care and vaccinations
• Compassionate, professional communication with clients and teammates
• Strong computer skills; experience with Avimark is a plus
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
