Village Veterinary Practice is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist!

Position Details

  • Role: Veterinary Receptionist
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: Starting at $17.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday schedule with a rotating Saturday shift every 4–6 weeks; no nights or holidays.

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and check clients in and out
  • Handle payments and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
