Position Details

• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: $19 - $20 per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday -8:00 am - 6:00 pm

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

• Experienced in a veterinary or medical front desk role

What You’ll Do

As our Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice!) of the clinic:

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling
• Support client communication and education
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with front desk workflow and organization
• Help create a welcoming, positive clinic experience
