Position Details

  • Role: Veterinary Receptionist
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
  • Schedule: Tuesday - Friday (8:00 am - 5:30 pm) with rotating Saturdays (9:00 am - 2:00 pm) once trained

Think you’re the Veterinary Receptionist that we have been looking for? Willow Park Animal Clinic is looking to add a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to our amazing, dedicated, and compassionate front desk team!

Our Veterinary Receptionists are the first and last face you see when you enter our practice. This role plays an important part in our clinic’s reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service!

This is a full-time position with rotating Saturdays. Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Managing multiple phone lines
  • Answering Emails
  • Booking appointments
  • Greeting clients
  • Processing payments
