• Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative (CSR)
• Status: Full-time or Part-time
• Salary: $18 – $22 per hour
• Schedule: Must be available for evenings and Saturdays

Laurelton Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our fast-paced veterinary team. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment, enjoys staying organized in a busy setting, and understands how important it is to create a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

Our reception team plays an essential role in the success of the hospital by serving as the first point of contact for clients while supporting our doctors, technicians, and patients behind the scenes. What You’ll Do

• Greet clients and patients while creating a welcoming first impression
• Manage a high-volume phone system and schedule appointments efficiently
• Accurately enter medical records and client information into AVImark
• Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions
• Coordinate with doctors and technicians to maintain efficient hospital workflow
• Answer client questions with professionalism, empathy, and compassion
• Assist with follow-up calls, appointment reminders, and client communication
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Support daily hospital operations and front desk organization
• Help create a positive experience for every client and patient

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience
• Experience using AVImark software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• A reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
• The ability to handle challenging situations professionally and calmly
• A positive attitude and willingness to support teammates wherever needed
• Availability to work evenings and Saturdays
• A commitment to delivering exceptional patient and client care
