• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
• Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts

Eastgate Pet Clinic is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team! We are a small animal and exotic pet practice. Our practice is busy with a high energy atmosphere, and we are looking for someone that is upbeat, a team player, who has the ability to multitask and provide excellent communication to our pet parents.

Our practice offers services including wellness, senior care, cold laser therapy, nutritional counseling, specialty soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and so much more. We prioritize both technical and professional staff development, but also value a work/life balance. We know a happy, healthy staff is essential to comprehensive patient care. Duties Include:

• Greet clients and patients and manage check-ins and check-outs
• Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and relay messages
• Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
• Communicate clearly with clients about services, policies, and basic care information
• Support daily clinic operations through organization, coordination, and front desk upkeep
