Position Details

  • Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
  • Schedule: 4 10-hour days

What You’ll Do

  • Answer multi-line phones and manage scheduling
  • Greet and assist clients with professionalism and care
  • Book appointments and coordinate patient flow
  • Process payments and handle front desk transactions
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
  • Support daily clinic operations and client communication
