Position DetailsRole: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Part-time to ¾ time Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Schedule: Flexible 4-day work week. No nights, weekends, or holidays!

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

As our Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face of the hospital and an important first point of contact for our clients and patients. You’ll help keep the front desk organized, communication flowing, and each visit running as smoothly as possible.

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
  • Schedule appointments and help coordinate an efficient daily workflow
  • Check patients in and out
  • Support client communication and education
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Process invoices and collect payments
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
  • Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and teammates to support patient care
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming front desk
  • Help create a positive experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors
