What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phones and assist clients with questions and requests
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Manage and update patient medical records
  • Assist with patient admissions and discharges
  • Provide client education regarding wellness and preventive care services
  • Safely assist with basic patient restraint when needed
  • Support daily front desk operations and workflow
  • Help create a positive experience for every client and patient visit
