• Status: Full-time
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
• Schedule: Either 7 AM-1 PM or 1 PM-6 PM, Monday - Friday. Rotating Saturdays

Creekside Animal Hospital is searching for an experienced Client Care Specialist / Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team! We are a two-doctor practice supported by an experienced and collaborative staff committed to delivering exceptional patient care and client service every day.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support daily front desk operations
• Communicate effectively with clients, veterinarians, and support staff
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Support hospital workflow while delivering exceptional customer service
• Help educate clients and communicate treatment recommendations as directed
• Assist with administrative and reception responsibilities to keep the hospital running efficiently
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every client and patient
