Position Details

• Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:20am - 6:00pm with a day off during the week (4 10-hour days)

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients and pets with a warm, friendly demeanor
• Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
• Check patients in and out while managing daily workflow
• Process payments and review invoices with clients
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Support administrative tasks and front desk operations
