The Downtown Toronto Cat Clinic is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist!

Position Details

  • Role: Veterinary Receptionist
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week. 3 or 4 weekday shifts and Saturdays per month

The Downtown Toronto Cat Clinic is a progressive, team-oriented feline-exclusive practice dedicated to providing exceptional veterinary care to cats and their families since 2008. We are currently looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary environment, enjoys client communication, and wants to be part of a compassionate, supportive hospital focused exclusively on feline medicine.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Provide client support and solutions in accordance with hospital policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and client records
  • Communicate client needs and concerns to veterinarians and support staff
  • Accurately dispense medications as directed by veterinarians
  • Assist technicians and veterinarians with patient restraint when needed
  • Support daily front desk operations and help maintain efficient hospital workflow
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming experience for clients and patients
