Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Location: Leonard Brothers, Nantwich
Contract: Part-Time, permanent
Our busy, modern practice is equipped with fantastic facilities and we have a brilliant team. We are a training practice providing our staff with ample support to ease into the team and gain experience. We have 14 vets across our 3 branches and an experienced nursing and support team. Our focus is to provide exceptional care to our clients and to encourage our team to grow in their roles.
Nantwich is a lovely Market Town with good connections to M6 and Crewe railway station and only 1.5 hours from the Peak District, Lake District, North Wales, or London by train!

How you'll make a difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications, and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
You will be responsible for:
*Greeting and interacting with our clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
*Deliver excellent customer service
*Multitasking under pressure
*Booking appointments
*Receiving payments
*Daily banking
*Managing queries
*Dispensing medication
*Dealing with insurance claims
*Stock control
