We are hiring!We are looking for a friendly and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist who is dedicated to providing exceptional client care to join our fantastic team in Halesowen.
As an integral part of our practice team, you will be responsible for:*Taking phone calls, answering queries and booking appointments*Greeting clients and their pets on arrival *Check-in patients and verify their information*Update patient records and ensure attention to detail*Process payments and maintain accurate financial records*Dispensing medication*Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area and consult rooms *Administration duties such as emails and signing up clients to our Pet Health Plan
Our ideal candidateWe are looking for someone who is organised, able to multitask in a busy environment, and able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. You must also be computer-literate, have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and be able to work both as part of the team and independently. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
About the rotaThis is a part-time role working 30 hours per week, covering shifts between either 8 am - 2 pm or 1 pm - 7 pm, depending on the practice needs.
