Rufford Veterinary Group have been serving the local community and their pets for many years. We pride ourselves on the customer service we deliver and you could be the person to join us with this endeavour. We are looking for a Receptionist to work primarily at our Southport branch but who can also work at our Rufford branch when necessary so a full license would be needed.
The surgery is open from 8:00am-8:00pm weekdays and weekends 8:00am-5:00pm so these hours will need cover on a rota basis but there is some room for negotiation for the right person.
The role will involve:
*Meeting and greeting our clients and their pets*Supporting team members*Dealing with telephone queries*Cash handling*Assisting with cleaning*Administrative tasks / Insurance / PHC / Debt Management etc

The location is semi-rural at the gateway to North Wales and the Lake District with easy access to rail and motorway links and striking distance to Liverpool and Manchester. The practice is well equipped with the usual tools e.g. Digital x-ray, in house laboratory, blood machines, ECG, ultrasound scanner, endoscope, Digital x-ray etc which allows the opportunity to work up cases.
