What You'll Do As a member of our ECC nursing team, you’ll be integral to managing critically ill or injured patients through every step of their care. You will:
- Perform emergency triage and obtain vitals
- Assist in stabilization and intensive care procedures
- Administer treatments, medications, and fluid therapy
- Monitor pain, vitals, and clinical trends in real-time
- Assist in anesthesia and emergency surgical prep
- Communicate directly with doctors, support teams, and families
- Use advanced EMR systems for efficient and accurate patient tracking
What We're Looking For - Credentialed technician (CVT, LVT, RVT) or eligibility within 6 months
- Minimum 2 years of ECC or emergency nursing experience
- VTS (ECC) candidates encouraged to apply
- RECOVER certified or interest in obtaining certification
- Strong interpersonal, technical, and critical thinking skills
- Positive, calm demeanor in fast-changing situations
What We Offer - Competitive pay: $22-$32
- Most new hires can expect an offer based on experience, expertise, and alignment with comparable positions within the hospital, typically between the minimum and the midpoint of the range.
- Overnight shift differential beginning after 10 PM
- Full-time schedule is 4 shifts on, 3 days off with a holiday shift rotation
