About The Team
The Small Animal Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Cardiology service at The Animal Hospital delivers comprehensive care for a wide range of complex medical conditions affecting dogs and cats. Employing advanced diagnostic modalities such as video endoscopy, ultrasonography, digital radiography, CT, MRI, electrocardiography, blood pressure monitoring, and supported by an on-site laboratory, we provide prompt and accurate diagnostics. Our facility features a fully equipped ICU for 24-hour critical care as well as a dedicated Oncology suite for chemotherapy administration. Collaborating with dermatology, surgery, critical care, pathology, imaging, and anaesthesia teams, we adopt a multidisciplinary approach for holistic and patient-centred care. Team members will regularly communicate with referring veterinarians, so the best and most convenient patient care is offered to our clients for their pets. You would be joining a team of 7 veterinary nurses with the service open to clientele 08:00 -18:00 Weekdays.

The key purpose of this role is to provide high quality veterinary nursing care to animals in The Animal Hospital At Murdoch University. Your working days would be four full days per week across all three services.

This is a Fixed Term (12 Months) | Full time, (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $73,342K plus 17% employer superannuation contributions (with the option to sacrifice 5% of the 17% employer superannuation into your salary).
