We're looking for a relaxed and friendly Veterinary Nurse who prides themselves on being reliable and diligent to join the Jindalee team on a Full-time Basis.

Greencross Jindalee is a large and busy GP clinic located in the Western Suburbs of Brisbane, we see a wide range of patients and cases, giving us an ever-changing and exciting work environment!

We're a friendly bunch ready for an enthusiastic experienced Nurse who will love the variety of medical and surgical cases to join the team!

About your new role

  • Permanent Full-time role
  • Join our diverse and supportive team and deliver personalised and dedicated client care to all patients and owners
  • Undertaking general nursing tasks, including pre and post-operative care, animal pathology and emergency and critical care
  • Performing minor procedures when required
  • Maintaining the overall hygiene of the practice, including surgical areas and equipment
  • Reception duties as required

About your skills and your experience

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
  • 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Excellent animal handling skills
  • An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
  • Good organisational, communication and customer service skills
  • Flexible and adaptable within a team environment
  • Knowledge of RX Works ideal but not essential
