Greencross Tuggeranong is looking for an experienced, like‑minded Part‑Time Veterinary Nurse to join our down‑to‑earth, easy‑going, and compassionate team. We love what we do, support one another, and genuinely enjoy coming to work each day.

You’ll be based in a large, modern clinic, working alongside a friendly team that takes pride in making a difference for pets and their people, with plenty of smiles along the way.

About the Clinic

The clinic has recently undergone a full renovation, creating a light, bright, and airy environment that’s a pleasure to work in. With a long‑standing leadership team including a Practice Manager who has been with the clinic for over 20 years , this is a workplace defined by stability, experience, and genuine care for both people and pets.

Greencross Tuggeranong is a busy, fast‑paced practice, currently home to:

• 4 Vets (2 full‑time, 2 part‑time)
• A fantastic nursing team of up to 9 nurses when fully staffed

No two days are the same, and your nursing skills will be well and truly put to use!

There are no after‑hours or weekend requirements, with 24/7 patient care supported by our partnership with ARH Canberra.

About You

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Are seeking a permanent part‑time role
• Are reliable, punctual, consistent and dependable
• Hold a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
• Have 2+ years of Veterinary Nursing experience
• Confident in both surgical and medical nursing
• Are organised, detail‑focused, and take pride in getting things right
• Can manage deadlines without compromising on quality
• Take accountability and follow through on commitments
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Work well in a team and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace
• Rx Works experience is desired, but not required
