This creates an environment where you’ll be exposed to a varied caseload, strong clinical standards, and vets who actively enjoy teaching and supporting the team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, adaptable, and proactive nurse who is keen to be part of a developing team and contribute to the clinic’s future.

In this role, you will:

  • Have the option to focus on a surgery-heavy roster if that is an area of interest
  • Contribute to improving workflows and supporting a positive team culture
  • Play an active role in shaping how the clinic grows and operates

This is a position where your experience, initiative, and ideas will be valued.

Learning and Development

Ongoing development is strongly supported, including:

  • Continuing education opportunities
  • Additional paid CE leave
  • Support to build skills in areas of interest such as surgery, exotics, or emergency care

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive and adaptable approach
  • A genuine interest in learning and contributing to team development
