Veterinary Internal Medicine Specialist (DVM) – Fayetteville, North Carolina

An established veterinary practice is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Veterinarian to join its collaborative and team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is confident, compassionate, and comfortable managing complex medical cases in a dynamic clinical setting where high-quality patient care and teamwork are prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced internal medicine care for small animal patients

• Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures, including abdominal ultrasound

• Collaborate with a skilled support team to deliver efficient and high-quality care

• Communicate clearly with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventative care

• Continue expanding clinical expertise through ongoing learning and professional development

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent degree)

• At least 5 years of small animal clinical experience preferred

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with abdominal ultrasound (echocardiography experience a plus)

• Team-oriented, compassionate approach to patient and client care

• Excellent communication and case management skills
