Work Schedule4 days per week witharotating weekend commitment
Weekend component four weekend shifts per four week period
OurHospital Ourstate-of-the art45,000-square foot hospital, located 11 miles north of Boston, is one of the premier level 1 emergency and specialty centers in New England. We offer Diagnostic Imaging, Surgery, Neurology, Internal Medicine,Emergency,and Critical Care seven days per week. We alsoofferCardiologyandAnesthesiasix days per week,andOphthalmologyandOncologyfive days per week.We recently completedrenovations, expanding our hospital to better serve our patients, clients, and team. Our upgraded facility now includes:
A new, expanded ICU for enhanced critical care including a new isolation area to ensure top-tier infection control as well as a dedicated Dialysis suite
Recently updated imaging modalities, including new MRI and CT, multiple ultrasound and digital radiology suites,and fluoroscopy suite
A dedicated endoscopy suite withtwo Olympus video endoscopy towers,full complement of HD flexible and rigid endoscopes, and automatic endoscope reprocessor
Three isolation suiteswith anteroom and dedicated walking area
Nine operating roomsincluding one suite for interventional radiology procedures.
We also have an on-staff social worker to support both clients and employees, fostering a healthy and compassionate workplace. A newly upgraded employee breakroom is stocked with amenities like a flavored seltzer machine, coffee station, massagers, and puzzles —because we believe in caring for our team as much as we care for our patients
