We're looking for an experienced Veterinary Hospital Manager to join our team. PVH is a full-service hospital where our caring & knowledgeable doctors and staff are dedicated to providing the highest quality veterinary care and customer service. Our innovative building features full-service medical facilities supported by modern equipment and advanced diagnostic tools, resulting in a truly comprehensive veterinary experience.

Responsibilities:

The successful Hospital Manager candidate will share our commitment to provide exceptional service & excellent veterinary care to our loyal clients and their pets. The Hospital Manager’s role, in collaboration with the Regional Manager, is to maximize the productivity, profitability, and growth of the practice while supporting an environment that fosters leadership and development of the entire team.

Responsibilities of the Hospital Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Operational oversight of our hospital, including leadership team of technicians, and receptionists
  • Managing financial and business development of the practice including managing a budget and key performance indicators
  • Overseeing client care & ensuring client loyalty by demonstrating exceptional client service

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, presentation skills, and a grasp of and daily management of revenues, inventory and payroll
  • Ability to pay attention to detail, exhibit leadership skills, be self-motivated, and take initiative
  • Two or more years of veterinary management and business operations experience. Candidates not meeting this requirement will not be considered.
