Ready to elevate your career and earning potential? Greencross Vets is offering a rare opportunity to share in the profits at our thriving Kangaroo Flat clinic.
Whether you're an established leader or an associate ready to step up, you’ll be supported every step of the way by our Area Manager, Regional Clinical Director, and the wider Greencross network. If you’ve dreamed of working in a clinic that feels like your own (without the financial risk) this is the role you’ve been waiting for.
We’re looking for a well‑rounded GP vet who is invested in team culture, client relationships, and the long‑term success of the clinic. In return, Greencross offers uncapped earning potential to reward your commitment and impact.
Join our close‑knit team of 3 vets and 5 nurses in a united, open‑plan clinic that is Stress‑Free accredited. The team brings a warm, upbeat energy, known for great communication, humour, and genuine camaraderie. Lesley, one of our vets, has completed further studies in behaviour and can offer mentorship in this area.
Why Our Clinic Stands Out
This team truly knows how to work together. Recent cases such as a severe heatstroke patient who arrived in critical condition, highlight just how seamlessly everyone collaborates. Without needing direction, each person jumped into action, stabilising the dog, communicating with the owners, and supporting one another until the patient recovered.
Going above and beyond is second nature here. Whether it’s dropping medication to clients on the way home or supporting a terrified patient through “happy visits,” the team genuinely cares. Our success story with “Bonsai,” who went from FAS level 5 to level 2 thanks to consistent Fear‑Free work, says everything about the heart of this clinic.
The culture is one of honesty, humour, and support. If someone isn’t feeling their best, the team adjusts and steps in. We look after each other and we look after our clients just as thoughtfully.
Why Bendigo?
Thinking about a change of pace? Bendigo offers the perfect balance of city convenience and regional charm. It’s affordable, relaxed, and incredibly family‑friendly. From lakes and walking tracks to amazing cafés and endless local eateries, there’s always something to explore, and with Lansell Square just behind the clinic, coffee runs and donut days are delightfully easy.
Whether you're raising a family, planning for the future, or just craving more balance, Bendigo delivers.
