We’re looking for a Veterinary Director who wants to lead with purpose. Someone who enjoys guiding a team, nurturing great medicine and creating a clinic culture where people feel safe to learn, contribute and grow.

This is a well-established clinic with loyal clients, a varied caseload and strong connections within the local pet community. It’s also a place where leadership is supported, not expected to be carried alone. You’ll be backed by a knowledgeable Regional Clinical Director and a network of Vet Directors across the region who share ideas, advice and encouragement.

Our clinic sits alongside a busy Petbarn store, creating a connected pet care hub for the Ipswich community. This co-location brings a steady flow of cross-referrals and strong relationships with pet owners who value having trusted care all in one place.

Inside the clinic, you’ll find a well-equipped environment that supports high-quality medicine and surgery, including:

• Digital x-ray

• ECG, pulse oximeter and blood pressure monitoring

• Bair Hugger warming system and laryngeal thermometer

• Mindray and Skyla in-house laboratory machines

• iM3 dental machine

• Two anaesthetic machines

• Access to ultrasound and dental x-ray

Our facilities include two consult rooms, a surgical theatre, separate cat and dog wards, x-ray room, preparation area and reception.
