Position Details

• Role: Veterinary Customer Service Representative
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, rotating Saturdays

Mueller Veterinary Services is looking to add a friendly and dedicated full-time Customer Service Representative to our welcoming hospital team. We are a 4-doctor mixed animal practice located in Columbia, IL, 30 minutes south of St. Louis.

Our team is passionate about their work, and we are incredibly close; we have created a family-like atmosphere and an enjoyable work environment. Our skilled and tight-knit team is dedicated to our patients, clients, and community.

Our CSR is the face of our practice. This role plays an important part in our community reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service.

Some of the key skills that we are looking for in a Customer Service Representative include:

• Managing multiple phone lines
• Animal health knowledge
• Booking appointments
• Greeting clients
• Processing payments
• Ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients.

We are seeking a hard-working and enthusiastic CSR to our team as we grow. We are compassionate, caring, and devoted to the best individualized care we can provide for our clients and patients. A love of animals and a customer service background is a great fit for this position.
