We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our family at our state of the art, 10,000 square foot, clinic. We are proud to be able to serve our clients seven days a week with hours of operation M-F 8am-6pm Sat and Sun 8am-5pm. We are especially looking for an applicant who wants to work nights and weekends. We offer personal/pet benefits and extensive training.

Role Highlights:

• Be the face of the clinic and ensure a top notch client experience that exceeds their expectations
• Interact first hand with our six doctors and gain extensive knowledge of the veterinary field.

• Manage the appointment schedule on a fully integrated computer system
• Manage digital records and other clerical duties

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or retail
• High computer literacy and an attention to detail

• Capable of working on your feet and lifting a bag of pet food (5-32 pounds)
