North Airline Animal Hospital is hiring a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing veterinary team in Bossier City, Louisiana.

About the RoleAs a Veterinary Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our clients — whether by phone or in person. You represent the professional image of our hospital and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional client and patient experience.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Schedule appointments and manage the daily veterinary appointment calendar
  • Answer phones, respond to client inquiries, and provide accurate information about services
  • Check clients in and out while processing invoices and payments
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records in veterinary practice management software
  • Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service during both routine visits and emotional situations
  • Support a positive, collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of Veterinary Receptionist or Veterinary CSR experience required
  • Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, animal hospital, or specialty practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, compassionate demeanor with clients and pets
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes and busy schedules
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with scheduling systems
