Veterinary Client Service Representative

Chosen Animal Hospital has been proudly serving Edenton and the surrounding areas since 1941. We are a full‑service veterinary hospital providing medical, surgical, and dental care for dogs and cats. We believe in compassionate, high‑quality service — not only for pets, but for their people, too. We have a close‑knit, supportive team and are looking for someone who will help our clients and patients feel welcome and cared for.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

• Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
• Process invoices payments
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
• Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests
• Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments
• Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
• Accurately input data into computer software

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Weekend availability as needed
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
