What You'll Do

As the face of VCA Noah's Place, you'll set the tone for the hospital and build the trust and confidence clients place in our care. You're the pivot around which the hospital operates, responsible for:

  • Greeting visitors, answering phones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments

  • Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach to prospective clients

  • Presenting and explaining fees, and processing payments

  • Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions

  • Answering questions about products and services, and educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (heartworm prevention, housebreaking, flea and tick control, etc.)

  • Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence

  • Maintaining a clean, neat hospital inside and out, including handling pet "accidents"
